ICS is committed to their core business strategy within the Security industry. They are increasing this commitment by ensuring the right quality tools / Safety Aspects to be used as part of the business, enabling them to tender for larger contracts. ICS plan to continue developing a one-stop solution for project management, ensuring projects of all sizes and value are planned, monitored and tracked through to a successful completion. ICS have also identified areas within the commercial / Retail / Factory buildings market where their skills in structured cabling, Security installation and LAN/WAN networks will yield opportunities to the organization

The management team has identified companies that has skilled cabling contractors. These companies will become key targets for the future growth of the company as Partners to grow the company. Networking / Fiber Optic cablings is another area where ICS plan to expand their client base. The installation of cable placement, fiber splicing and testing, copper cabling CAT6 and joint testing are all areas of expertise that ICS can provide to the Security market. The management team has compiled a strategy to increase the profile of ICS within this market.
